How to Make Overnight Oats (Hindi video) , Overnight oats is easy to prepare and its full of fiber and nutrients. Oats are a whole-grain food, known scientifically as Avena sativa. Oat groats, the most intact and whole form of oats, take a long time to cook. For this reason, most people prefer rolled, crushed or steel-cut oats. Instant (quick) oats are the most highly processed variety.
Step by Step Direction:
- Take 1 bowl of Oats and 1 bowl of curd , Add 2 tbsp Honey , 1 tbsp flax seeds.
- Mix all together and add some dry fruits( Almond, Rasin, Wall nuts)
- Last add some fruits(Seasonal). Mix all well and keep it in fridge for overnight .
- Have it in morning .
