  • Direction Step by Step:
  • For Dry Ingredients :
  • Take a bowl and strainer Add 1 & 1/2 cup Maida (refined flour)
  • Add 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • Add 1tbsp Baking Powder
  • Add 1/2 tbsp banking soda
  • Mix all dry ingredients and sieve.
  • For Wet Ingredients:
  • Take a bowl add 1 cup of milk
  • Add 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • Add 1/2 cup of oil(Refined oil)
  • Add 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Add 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Mix all well together and rest wet ingredients for 5-10 minutes
  • Now mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients together with cut and fold method, make smooth better.
  • Place butter paper or dry dry maida in cake mold, grease the mold with oil.
  • Now Transfer the better into cake mold .
  • Place the cake mold in pre heat kadai or pan.
  • Bake the cake around 55 mintues, After 55 minutes check the cake with toothpick or clean knife. Let it cool and demold it.
  • For Ganache:
  • Take 100 gm or 1 cup dark chocolate, melt it on double boiler or microwave.
  • Add 1 cup fresh cream.
  • Add 1tsp butter , Mix all together and refrigerate it about 15-20 minutes.
  • Layer the cake with Ganache and decorate it according to your choice.
